Intellego are a Swartland based South African natural wine producer, using organic practises to optimise the nutrient base of the soil to create rich depth and optimum growing conditions. 

The Sybille pet nat is made from Pinotage, arguably South Africa's most synonymous grape. Represented here with an almost savoury quality, it has plenty of ripe red fruits (strawberry, red plum, raspberry) with hints of blackcurrant leaf and slow roasted tomatoes. The mousse is really fine and frothy, a really beautifully made pet nat with a herbal twist.
